A Cheyenne County coalition led by Sidney Housing Authority aims to form a non profit corporation to apply for a Farmers Home Administration loan program. A survey will define needs, and committees on site, steering, and survey were named as the group seeks $10000 more in pledges after Sidney Housing Authority adds 5000.
