Fire Dept Called Due to Blaze at Ice Plant
The Sidney Fire Department was awakened early Wednesday morning by a small fire in the boiler room of the Sidney Ice Company. Firemen quickly extinguished it with no damage reported. Truck Driver Killed By Train Near Potter Crossing
Frank Leonard, a truck driver from Lusk Wyoming, was instantly killed when his load of wheat was struck by passenger train No. 4 at the crossing near Potter Thursday evening. The collision wrecked the track and the truck was destroyed.
