Officials urge Nebraska farmers to sign up for all risk wheat crop insurance by August 31 for a three year contract. About 16,000 joined in 1946, with a projected 50 percent rise in 1947. Loan rate for stored wheat increased to 90 percent of parity, varying by county from 1.45 to 1.56 per bushel.
