Carl Hutchison of Hutchison and Stover sustained painful burns to his right hand when freshly poured asphalt spilled during roof work on the Roche hospital building. Aurora woman 74 dies at son’s home near Gurley
Mrs Flora Johnson, 74, of Aurora, died Wednesday morning at her son W Keller’s home eight miles northwest of Gurley. She had come to the Keller residence a week earlier. Funeral arrangements are not yet announced pending word from relatives. Rice funeral service is in charge.

Loebe Funeral Held for Margaret Loebe in Sidney
Margaret Loebe age 17, daughter of Mr and Mrs Frank Loebe, was buried after funeral services at a Catholic church in Sidney. Rev Anton Link officiated. Born in Howells, she moved to Sidney eight years ago and was a popular St Patrick academy student with many friends among classmates. She was one of eight Thébe children. Catherine died two years ago.

Born in Brandon Iowa she moved to Longmont Colorado as a child, trained as a nurse in 1921, married in 1922, and moved to Sidney in 1924. She leaves her husband and three sons Kenneth 9 Duane 6 and Gerald 2, plus her mother and a sister and brother. Funeral services were held today at the Methodist church with Rev. Mills officiating. burial will take place in Longmont tomorrow.

Mrs Henry Bruns of Lodge Pole was injured in a south Colton collision Saturday night. The Bruns car, driven by Henry Bruns, struck a California vehicle. She suffered a brain concussion and other injuries, was treated by Dr Roche, and taken to Mrs Fraass Ingle sbrig Fraass home where she is recovering.
