Victim Of Railroad Tragedy Unclaimed
The body of Gabriel B Lloyd, 25, fatally injured beneath a Burlington freight car last Saturday, probably will be buried in Sidney. Relatives have not instructed Gehrig funeral home. Sheriff Schulz has no reply to a wire. Lloyd, a Navy veteran, worked for a carnival company in Sidney and briefly on the street oiling project. A sister and brother in Boston and Buenos Aires are not seeking shipment. Howard Frickey, 13, of Nampa, Idaho, injured and in critical condition, showed improvement and may not lose his leg after infection and high fever. Roger Owen, 17, also of Nampa, was reported in serious condition.

Frank Allen named defendant in a statutory charge filed in county court by County Attorney P J Heaton. The charge alleges assault on his 15 year old stepdaughter Frances Thompeson between July 28 and August 3. Sheriff W W Schulz led the investigation and the charge was filed on Schulz's recommendation.
