Miss Edith Dick of Sidney and Edward Guernsey a Julesburg, Colorado real estate agent, were married Wednesday morning by Cheyenne District Judge R. N Matson. The couple, on No. 4, were greeted at the train by friends after the ceremony as they head to Julesburg for their home.

Sudden Death of J Caesar Neubauer in Ogden Utah
J Caesar Neubauer formerly of Sidney Neb died suddenly in Ogden Utah of appendicitis while employed there. Born February 9 1876 in Lincoln Neb he taught in Sidney after college and rose through Burlington railroad posts. Survived by wife Bertha Daugherty and immediate family with funeral services planned at his home Sunday afternoon.

North branch of Union Pacific advances with new stations
The Kearney Hub reports the north branch to the main line at O Fallon extends twenty nine miles above the junction. Two construction trains work as a telegraph line and fences rise, with the first station Glenburnie seven miles out. Stations follow at intervals toward Keystone with a bridge over the North Platte and a planned townsite at Keystone. The grade to Northport nears completion and a track laying machine may soon lay two miles daily. The valley shows strong farming stock-raising prosperity as corn hay and cattle country stretch toward Paxton.

North Divide Telephone Co Formed by Ranchmen
A group of ranchmen organized the North Divide Telephone Co and bought 25 minutes of line from the Independent Co. The company began operations August 1 and has nine stockholders with J. B. Halston as president and C. J. Osborn as secretary and treasurer. Non-members may use the line for 25 cents. Members have free use of Independent lines to Sidney Potter Lodgepole and Dalton.
