Alliance Plans Light Plant Expansion for Increased Demand
The City of Alliance will enlarge its utility plant to meet rising power and lighting needs without awaiting Bureau of Reclamation power two years off. Black and Veath of St. Louis prepared preliminary blueprints at about half a million dollars, to be financed by the city with no tax levy increase.
