About 40 Cheyenne county farmers and ranchers met in the district court room Wednesday to hear the range conservation plan discussed by Dick Furman state field supervisor of this program. The program offers payments to cover expenses for pasture management and range conservation. Ranchers’ ranges will be appraised by forest service trained locals, with an allowance set by appraised carrying capacity times 1.50 dollars. Participation is voluntary and meadow lands boost carrying capacity. interested ranchers should file intention sheets at the county office.

Curbing and gutter work near completion in Sidney

She described birth on Sunday April 4 about 10 p.m. and burial after trying to revive the child. She said her husband left after she learned she was pregnant.
