Partly cloudy skies expected this afternoon tonight and Thursday with a chance of light snow showers in the northern area. Highs in the 30s to mid 40s, lows around 20s to 30s, and a near zero precipitation chance through Thursday. The Western Nebraska Vocational Technical School holds its annual graduation Friday at 2 p.m. in WMTS Auditorium.
