Miller urges budget cuts may bring tax relief
Rep. Miller argues if Congress trims at least six billion from the president's budget a tax cut could come this year. He suggests raising the income tax exemption, cites savings, and notes Congress has reduced the overall budget by 799 million with more to come. He also criticizes waste in defense spending and backs the Hoover Commission report to save billions.
