Three Wrecks In One Night In Nebraska Patrol Report
Three accidents in one evening were investigated by the Nebraska Highway Safety Patrol with high property damage and minor injuries. At 10:10 p.m. at Lodgepole railroad crossing a 1949 Mercury sedan driven by Lawrence D. Meger of Vona Colorado crossed the tracks too fast, injuring passenger Larry K. Miller with minor facial cuts. A second crash occurred at 11:05 p.m. on Highway 30 west of Sidney involving a 1946 Ford five passenger coupe driven by Elmer E. Fleener of Sidney.
