A historical Shoshone ordinance prohibits cattle horses mules and other stock from roaming village limits. It authorizes the village marshal to seize impound and sell unclaimed stock, with fees for taking up keeping posting notices and sale, and outlines owner rights, redemption rules, and penalties for violations.
Notice is hereby given that on March 2, 1907 at noon in Bell County Cassia State of Sinha R Lt Cast No 2 authorities will be given for completion of works for a water diversion at Brings Creek. Permit holder is T W Suod eres Hagerman Idaho. Permit number R48 with completion date March 8 1907. Water to be used for irrigation and domestic purposes.
