The Twin Falls North Side Tract of 150000 acres will open October 1. A prepared list identifies the choicest land by soil quality ground lay and proximity to townsites. We will locate buyers on land with potential bonus value the next day.
The Idaho Irrigation company plans to open a 70 000 acre tract this fall and offers to locate buyers on prime plots near townsites. They will draw by power of attorney at no charge, charging a fee only for land placement. They will also assist with land loans abstracts and insurance. Call 66.
