Reverend Edwards Leaves Shoshone for Blackfoot Parish

Rev C A Edwards, pastor of the Methodist church in Shoshone, returns from Boise conference and is sent to lead Blackfoot church with an 800 seat congregation. The move promises a larger ministry and strong support from local subscribers. Rev A Varnum, arriving from Joseph Oregon, will follow to Shoshone, with services paused this Sunday.

A Hailey resident owned a coyote that was not easily tamed yet could perform a high operatic falsetto. It hunted neighbors chickens the householder could not kill and became an odd but valued family member, until envy disrupted the peace.

Joint Teachers Institute grows in session at Pocatello
