Shepherd Village to borrow 26 000 for water system upgrades
Shepherd Village Council adopts a resolution to borrow 26 000 dollars to fund water supply improvements including wells and pumping equipment. A special election is set for November 1 1960 to approve the bond issue with ballots listing the bonding proposition and registration notices. Ruth Lau is Village Clerk.
