Stones purchase Edmore Times to launch new venture
Mr and Mrs Eugene Stone take over the Edmore Times and begin publishing this week. Gene Stone, formerly with the Argus and Fowler Post, brings sports writing and production experience from Charlevoix Courier Belding Banner News and other papers. Mary Ann Stone long served in Shepherd State Bank bookkeeping. Their son Michael helps as the paper aims to become a top community newspaper.
