Study of changing patterns ends with fifth grade luau
Mrs. Guild's fifth graders completed a unit on Hawaii with a Friday luau. The room was decked with flowers and palm trees, Hawaiian music played, and students wore authentic or self made costumes. They feasted on fish bananas coconuts and pineapple, sang Hawaiian songs and danced before returning to class.
