City Clerk Frank Shaw urged residents to register mosquito complaints with city hall by phone or in person. Art Geib of the Doc tor Morris Mosquito Abatement District had stressed the need for a larger sewage disposal system and intensified mosquito control, a long standing Shafter concern.
