Generals finish SSL season with 4 1 record and playoff miss
The Shafter Generals end league play atop a three way 4 1 tie, but pre season records keep them out of the playoffs. They closed with a 33 0 win over Wasco as Scott Criswell and Dale Ashley scored in the first half and Chip Deleasa added a fourth quarter TD. Richardsons kick and a Wasco interception return highlighted the game. Senior leaders marked their final home appearance as Generals as Wasco and Coalinga both earned playoff bids.
