Crossroads juvenile campus project highlights and funding
Judge Oberholes backs schooling to teach responsibility accountability and consequences. The Crossroads campus houses a centralized facility with 20 bed units and two living sections. A standalone school includes six large classrooms and four vocational rooms, built with twelve million dollars from federal and state funds and completed after a 2002 start. Kern County General Services aided Anderson Construction in the project.
