Volunteers needed at Shafter Youth Center camp
The Shafter Youth Center seeks volunteers through Friday August 13 to aid a New Adventures Summer Camp serving about 70 children, many from low income Spanish speaking homes. Five volunteers and two full time staff currently operate the center, with duties spanning tutoring reading workshop writing math and sports.
