Adventist Church Annual Report Highlights 1946 Welfare Drive
The Seventh Day Adventist Church officers summarize a productive year with spiritual emphasis and large welfare efforts. 700 clothing items and 115 pairs of shoes were shipped to war torn regions, needlework sales raised 975 dollars, and offerings surpassed 74 thousand dollars plus famine relief totaling over one million across North America. 120 Kern Academy pupils attended, seven teachers were employed, and 21 new baptisms with 18 transfer memberships were reported.
