Subscription Rates and Payment Terms
The notice lists prices for new subscriptions: one year four dollars, six months two dollars thirty five cents, three months one dollar twenty five cents, outside California four dollars fifty cents for a year. All subscriptions are payable in advance. Single copies cost five cents. No refunds on unexpired subscriptions.
