Rags To Riches opens in Shafter downtown store
Rags To Riches, a high fashion retailer at 319 Central Ave in Shafter, opened November 22 with co owners Ronni Carroll Brenda Davidson and Rhonda Martin. The shop offers reasonably priced clothing from New York Dallas and Los Angeles and plans a full line for working women. Models Ione Candy and Jan posed on opening day and November 28.
