A Monday night kitchen fire at 316 Elm St in the Tom Wilson residence was blamed on fumes from adhesive and floor mica during tile work. Firefighters arrived at 8:48 p.m. to find the blaze already extinguished. Wilson was uninjured with damage estimated at 350 dollars and about 18 thousand dollars saved.
