The Shafter Press and Wasco Tribune outline discount two issue ads and cancellation refunds with no refunds after expiration. Deadlines are 10:00 a.m. Mondays for private party advertisers. Rates and deadlines may change without notice and errors are corrected only if reported to the Classified Department by phone.
