The Scarsdale Choral Society led by Gerard Duberta will perform Christmas carols Sunday at 8:30 p.m. at Dyckman Hall. Tickets are distributed by society members led by president William Cravath White. Mail Rush Peak Comes Monday
The Christmas mail rush peaked Monday at the Scarsdale Post Office with over 80 000 pieces of first class mail handled. Acting Postmaster David R. Dunn said this was the busiest season yet as cards and parcel post poured in and workers logged long hours into night shifts.
