Wage and rent questions on the August price freeze answered
The August wage and price freeze allows payment of retroactive increases if agreed and work occurred before August 15. Landlords cannot evict for higher rents during the freeze, and probationary raises may apply if the period is under three months. Insurance rates are frozen unless pre August 15 announcements set the higher rate.
