Nationwide storm toll rises with seaboard wind damage
Stormy weather spans the nation for six days from the Rockies to the Atlantic Seaboard and into Texas. A front from Kansas to Virginia splits humid South from cool North as winds reach 58 mph. A Pittsburgh man was killed removing live power lines after a wind and rain storm in Southwestern Pennsylvania. A Bellville Ohio severe thunderstorm damaged 50 homes and caused $25 000 in losses with funnel clouds reported. No injuries reported.
