Fish-in case opens in Salmon Idaho trial
Annie Taylor and Roger Miller of Salmon stand trial in Salmon Idaho for fishing in closed waters during a March 20 fish-in protest. Four witnesses from the Fish and Game Department testified they used conventional gear. The case, before Judge Milton Slavin, drew over 500 spectators and resumed after a Wednesday recess.
