Nixon proposes merger of Peace Corps and VISTA agency

President Nixon urged a united effort by youth calling for a new Center for Voluntary Action merging Peace Corps VISTA and other volunteer groups. The plan aims to tackle illiteracy malnutrition and blight abroad and in America with a message to Congress forthcoming in about a month.

Patch Flag Dispute in Court Over Desecration Charge
