Oleomargarine heir Brody faces arson after Nixon threat
Norwalk police arrest Oleomargarine heir Michael James Brody Jr. on arson and disorderly conduct charges after a 5 a.m. blaze destroyed his sister’s $100 000 rental home. He had earlier threatened the life of President Nixon and was jailed on $100 000 bond pending arraignment. Brody, maternal grandson of J F Jelke, had a history of publicity over a claimed $25 million inheritance and a 1970 jet charter stunt.
