Saline Welcomes New Police Officer Roger B Cohoe
Roger B Cohoe 26 joined the Saline Police this month and will move to the city as soon as a house is found. He and his wife with two children live in Pittsfield Township. A Marine veteran, he served with Ann Arbor Police from 1964 after training at the Ann Arbor Police Academy and replaces Neil Tracy who resigned for Ferris State College security duties.

Volunteers Needed for Christmas Card Sale in Saline
Saline volunteers are sought to help with the annual Christmas card sale for the Michigan Association for Emotionally Disturbed Children. The event, run for about 19 years, funds the group’s income besides member contributions. cards designed by emotionally disturbed children sell for one dollar per package of ten. The Washtenaw County MAEDC meets monthly September through May. membership is open to parents, lay people, and professionals.
