New High School Library to Offer Modern Study Aids
The Saline board plans a nearly finished high school library with 13 800 volumes and advanced study spaces. Carrels four study rooms and audio visual storage will support tape decks and possible video outlets. Open evenings for students and parents is considered, and a materials center director may oversee all four schools.

Saline High School marching band earned a near perfect score at a recent competition with 19 of 20 points from field and inspection judges. The Instrumental Music Department will host a marching band demonstration at 7:30 to 8:30 pm on Wednesday Oct 15 at the high school athletic field with students from 7th to 12th grades and a public parents meeting to follow.
