Police Nab Explosives Note Thefts Across Saline Area
Saline police report multiple incidents in the past week. A depot at 402 N Ann Arbor St was broken into on May 18 with no items missing after a routine check. A vandalized tennis net at People's Park caused $200 in damage on May 13. A club at Union School allegedly possessed explosives. police interviewed youths. A 550 pound landscape rake from Saline High School’s automotive shop connected to the FFA was stolen. Two youths stole candy worth $30.87 from a local store. no arrests. The department logged about 140 runs, including 17 traffic arrests and 7 juvenile-related cases.
