The Saline Jaycees plan their second annual Junior Champ Track and Field meet led by Dan Roughton. Details will be announced next week as the event opens to Saline area youth in a Jaycees national program. Also, the Presbyterian Church women sponsor a bake sale at Wight Cleaners from 9 am to noon on May 13.

Eleven Youth Confirmed at First Presbyterian Church
The Youth Confirmation Class of First Presbyterian Church, eleven members strong, will be received into church membership this Sunday May 14 at 11 am during Pentecost services. After the confirmation service they will join in Holy Communion. The class meets weekly for dinners and mission visits and met with the Session on May 3 for a dinner and examination.
