Washtenaw County Board of Supervisors Adopts 1962 Tax Equalization Report
Washtenaw County Board of Supervisors met in Ann Arbor on April 30 1962. The board adopted the 1962 General Tax Equalization Report after a roll call vote, with 32 ayes and 3 nays. The session included a request to the State Highway Department for an interchange at Dixboro Road and M-14 and other standard business.

Salinians Attend Synodical Meet in Detroit
A group from Saline attended the 11th biennial Michigan Indiana Synodical Women’s Guild meeting of the United Church of Christ held May 13 at Trinity United Church of Christ in Detroit. Esther Landwehr, longtime secretary, attended all three days and gave the closing prayer. Also seen were the Rev A P Hardt and Mrs Hardt, Mrs Carl Moehn from the Ann Arbor region, Mrs George Winkle, Mrs Alfred Schmid, Mrs David Wahl, and Saline chapter president Mrs Edwin Hering. Mrs Louis Vogel of Pleasant Lake served on the nominating committee and displays.
