Saline pool plans face renewed effort after vote setback
Saline backers press ahead with a new pool proposal after a $580,000 natatorium was rejected in the school district election. Advisory Council members and local groups push for a year round, high school linked facility administered by the schools and accessible to all. A Pinckney model Olympic size pool at $350,000 is being explored to avoid jeopardizing millage and other school needs.
