City Council approves Eastbelt line occupancy with safeguards
The council granted occupancy permits for 10 homes in Old Creek Farms No. 2 with 24 hour pumping supervision at the Waste Treatment Plant and a temporary halt on further Eastbelt line permits until overload solutions are approved. A special meeting will discuss the issue with State Health official Blakeslee and a charter amendment plan was set for next election.
