Friends organize blood donations in Mrs. Wesley Nielsen's name following an eight hour open heart operation at University Hospital. Saline March of Dimes Drive Tops 3000
Saline's Saline March of Dimes campaign surpassed the $3,000 mark with $3,098.04 raised after a Peanut sale by the Saline Boy Scouts yielded $312.53. The 1969 drive is complete though a final report on a high school Dimes benefit dance is pending. Mrs. James Keller chaired the campaign for the third consecutive year.
