York Township to challenge 1971 valuations at state hearing
York Township Supervisor Charles Hayes said he will represent the town at the State Tax Commission hearing in Ann Arbor on Friday June 9 starting at 9 30 a m. York seeks lower equalization totals as one of three townships challenging 1971 valuations. If denied they will appeal to the Circuit Court and possibly the Supreme Court.
