County board approves transfer of 3100 000 to the Child Care Fund and to city of Ann Arbor for Platt Road improvements and authorizes 43006 in 1964 wage and staffing changes. It also authorizes pre year end fund transfers up to 100000 to public improvements and enters planning services contract with City of Ypsilanti for 1964.
