New Year Brings Change In Court Here
The 14th District Court elected Judge Patrick J Conlin as presiding judge for 1971 with Judge Henry D Arkison stepping down. Conlin begins Jan 1 and will serve as Judge No 3 with Chelsea offices. County Clerk Robert M Harrison to serve temporarily as official court clerk. Lauren D Wild of Saline appointed temporary court coordinator to align office functions across three courts. A rotating bench plan starts January with Arkison and Conlin exchanging benches to foster awareness of different court problems.
