Saline police report mix of arrests and crashes
Police arrested a 21 year old Ann Arbor youth at 7 am last Monday on marijuana and hashish charges. He was arraigned in 14th District Court and released on 500 bond to reappear Jan 5. Tracy Champ Jr 26 Tecumseh faced assault with five stab wounds in an alleged plant attack on Richard Warner Deerfield. Champ arraigned and released on 2500 bond to Jan 14. Investigating a burglary at Dale Hysell residence with over 20 in stolen packages. Also reported traffic injuries from two crashes on U S 12 and Michigan Ave near Big Boy and at Austin Road involving Gary Mosely 19 Belleville and Emily Manwaring 32 Lansing.
