Saline High student removed amid trespass dispute
City Attorney says hall sitter can be removed as trespass if ordered to leave. A Saline High School tenth grader was escorted from the building by Police Chief Jim Levlett after repeatedly refusing to leave following a dispute about sitting in the hall. The family alleges harassment. school officials have not commented on suspension or disciplinary actions.

Three Saline Area School choral groups plan a Choir Festival in the high school auditorium next Thursday April 27 at 7 30. Participants include the 5th grade choir under Doris Kraushaar the seventh and eighth grade choir and the High School choir directed by Pat Forrester. Each group will perform separately before all join for the closing selections including Let There Be Peace on Earth.
