A series of six lectures for registered nurses of Saline will be presented by physicians at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Initiated by the Washte naw District Nurses Assn Private Duty Nurses section, the programs run Monday evenings from October 20 to November 2 in the University Hospital Amphitheater.
A University of Michigan extension program outlines a series on New Medical Drugs and Modern Medicine with lectures by Drs Nesbitt Tupper De Weese Schneider Stoan and others. The Ann Arbor Center will plan the program with a $10 registration fee and on site details by Extension Service staff. The U S Coast Guard Academy seeks applicants via nationwide competitions and a Civil Service exam is set for Nov 17 with applications due by Oct 31.
