Flash Fire Damages Local Die Casting Plant
A flash fire at the Alumaloy Fabricators plant at 202 W Bennett St before noon Tuesday occurred when a hydraulic line on a die casting machine broke. The spray ignited on a hot metal holding pot, enveloping the room in flames. No injuries were reported and the extent of damage remains undetermined.
