Saline Woman's Club Reports On Convention and Home Visits
The Saline Womans club met at Mrs. Wil Sturm's home on Tuesday October 31 with good attendance. Members discussed forestry and civic improvement efforts and welcomed Miss Wheeler back as an active member. Delegates reported on the county convention in Ann Arbor and the State Federation session in Flint, including tours of the Home for the Feeble Minded in Lapeer and the Home for the Deaf and Dumb. The next meeting, November 14 at the Methodist church parlors hosted by Mrs. Miller, will feature Prof. W B Henderson on Human Nature and the Changing Order. A shadow social to benefit the Hammond School will be held Friday evening November 17 at W N Eastons home.

Washtenaw County launches a Dairy Alfalfa campaign from Nov 20 to Dec 7 led by H. S. Osler with the county agricultural agent and Michigan Agricultural College extension specialists.
