Price terms faced initial opposition from several large dairies but were accepted after MMPA clarification. A large dairy letter cited opposition to paying above Federal Order prices yet agreed due to circumstances. Lake urged Detroit dairies to meet competition to protect the market as Detroit Sales Committee accepted signed dealer price agreements last Friday.
