Donors aged 18 60 with conditions explained may give under doctor supervision with Dr John D Buck and local nurses assisting. 75 percent of collected blood stays local to aid area victims and disasters.

Beemer Drowned After Boat Capsize At Wamplers Lake
Richard Beemer 32 of Tecumseh, manager at Tecumseh Consumers Power, drowned when thrown from a power boat owned by Kenneth Herrick at Wamplers Lake. His body recovered Sunday by skin divers in eight feet of water. The boat operator described the craft circling as Beemer disappeared. Funeral services set for Grass Lake burial after coroner reports no inquest. Survivors include wife, children, brothers, and parents.

Saline to Launch Expanded 1958 Summer Recreation Program

Saline Police report a fatal crash on Stony Creek Milan Road Wednesday at 3 05 PM. Linda Shackelford Norris 31 East Main Street Milan died after her 1954 Ford was struck by a cattle truck driven by John R Coleman of Blissfield who said fatigue caused him to miss a Stop sign.
